AI Doctor provides digital services, specifically credits for use within the application. There are no physical products to ship.
2. Delivery of Credits
Upon successful completion of your payment, the purchased credits will be automatically added to your account linked to the email address used for the purchase.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Credits are typically delivered to your account within a few hours of purchase. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the credits to appear.
4. Confirmation
You will receive a payment confirmation email from our payment processor (PayPal). You can verify your credit balance at any time by logging into your AI Doctor account.
5. Issues with Delivery
If you do not receive your credits within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact our support team at aidoctorofficial247@gmail.com with your transaction details. Our team will investigate the issue and manually add the credits to your account if necessary.
